"Trustworthy site, shipping was a little slow"
I ordered from them once and everything seemed legit. They sent updates, gave me a proper bill, and the package arrived in good shape. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’d say they’re trustworthy.

Had an issue with my order. Support did reply, but it took time. I had to keep following up for updates.
They fixed it in the end, so that’s good. But the process was tiring. Expected better communication from primeabgb.

"Pretty easy to use, just a few little things"
I had a good time using the site overall. It was easy enough to look around and find PC parts, and the filters worked fine for what I needed. Pages loaded quickly too, and checkout was simple. There’s just something about it that feels like it could be a little clearer in places, especially with some of the product info. Search also brought up some random extra stuff sometimes. Still, not a bad experience at all, just could use a few small improvements.

"Not much tech help from the staff"
I went in asking about motherboard and RAM compatibility, and it felt like I had to be way more patient than I should’ve been. The staff seemed confused and kept giving me different answers, so I was just standing there trying not to get annoyed. At that point, I felt like Google had been more helpful than the people in the store. Definitely not buying parts there again

The order tracking was frustrating. It barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was for days. I kept checking over and over, but it just looked stuck with no clear explanation. Support wasn’t much help either, and on top of that it felt like the terms kept changing from what I expected when I placed the order. After paying, I really don’t want to be left guessing like that. Not a great experience.

I had a minor issue with my motherboard warranty and reached out to PrimeABGB support. They got back to me in about a day or so and explained what I needed to do. It took a little while to get sorted, but overall they handled it without creating much hassle

I placed my order and the payment went through right away... but then it just kinda sat there processing for way longer than I expected. I reached out to support and they did reply, which was good, but they couldn’t really give me a clear timeline. The product was fine once I finally got it, but the order processing definitely needs to be quicker.

I had a few doubts before ordering my PC parts, and the Prime ABGB team was quick to respond. They helped me figure out compatibility and suggested what would fit my budget better, which felt honest and not pushy at all. It definitely made choosing the parts easier. I just wish some of the instructions or explanations were a bit clearer upfront, especially for someone like me who was double-checking everything before buying. Overall, good pre-sales support and a nice experience.

I’m a bit confused about this one. The website says one thing, but what I received didn’t really match what I was expecting. The product looked a little off to me, and the packaging felt weird compared to what I’ve seen before. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear it up, but I didn’t really get a clear answer. I had a frustrating experience with their warranty support. Once the sale was done, it really felt like getting proper help became a struggle. The replies took a long time, and I kept having to follow up again and again just to get basic updates on what was happening. It wasn’t like I was expecting anything extra, just a clear response and some support for the warranty claim, but the whole process felt slow and tiring. After dealing with all of that, I don’t think I’d be comfortable buying from primeabgb again.

I tried to return this and, wow, what an unnecessarily complicated experience. You’d think a simple return wouldn’t require that much time and patience, but apparently not. Definitely not something I’m eager to deal with again

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered a PC part because it said it was in stock, but man, the delivery was way slower than I expected. The tracking just sat there for days barely changing, and I had to keep checking it myself to see what was going on. not great. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"RMA support was slow, slow, and frustrating"
I had a bad experience with their RMA support. I kept waiting for updates, then waiting some more, and still had to keep chasing them over and over. The replies took forever, and when they did reply, they weren’t even that clear. It just felt like I was repeating myself again and again and not really getting anywhere. Once the product was sold, it kind of felt like support became someone else’s problem. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was just really frustrating and way too slow

The prices were decent, but just a heads up: don’t expect quick replies from customer support. I had to follow up more than once just to get a simple update, which got frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but if you need fast help, this might be something to watch out for.

I stopped by the store to look at some PC parts, and overall it was a decent experience. The staff were helpful enough and answered most of my questions, but I did end up waiting longer than I expected, especially since the store wasn’t that busy. Prices seemed okay, not the cheapest, but fair. The billing and pickup process also took more time than it should have, which felt preventable with better coordination. Not a bad visit, but they could definitely make the in-store experience smoother
